How eChefs handles your data.

  1. What we collect
    Your phone number and name, your orders and reservations, saved delivery addresses, loyalty balances, and — only when you grant permission — your approximate location for venue detection and table pairing.

  2. Why we use it
    To place and track orders, verify on-site table pairing, run loyalty wallets, and personalise recommendations from the assistant.

  3. The assistant
    Dietary notes and preferred dishes you tell the assistant are stored on your profile so recommendations respect them. You can ask staff to clear them.

  4. Sharing
    Order details are shared with the venue that prepares them and, for delivery, the assigned courier. Payment traffic rides the payment provider's own rail.

  5. Security and your rights
    Credentials are stored only as salted hashes and all traffic is TLS-secured. You may request a copy or deletion of your data through branch support.
