Welcome to eChefs.

  1. Your account
    You are responsible for the phone number and credentials you register, and for the orders placed from your account.

  2. Orders and payments
    Prices, availability and preparation times are set by each venue and may change. Payment is settled through the venue's chosen rail; deposits for table reservations are shown before you confirm.

  3. Dine-in pairing
    Table pairing requires a verified on-site credential (a table sticker or the waiter's 3-digit code) and may be validated against your location.

  4. Acceptable use
    Do not misuse the service, the assistant, or attempt to access another guest's data.

  5. Changes
    We may update these terms; the current version is always shown here.
